Assist the disabled community, persons in need of restoration and the community at large in realizing their educational goals. Understanding the importance of educating individuals one at a time. Allowing them to meet their full potential to develop knowledge and skills necessary for improving their lives and the community.

Vision:
To provide opportunities for persons to have equal access to education, employment and be productive individuals in society with emphasis on DSM-V and the community at large. Inclusive of persons in need of restoration.
